Attributes and Qualifications

We are a customer-oriented company where client satisfaction is our number one priority. To be part of our team you must possess the following attributes and qualifications.

  • Must be a licensed journeyman plumber.
  • A good driving record with no suspensions, DUI’s, or DWI’s.
  • An ability to communicate clearly.
  • Be eager and willing to work with others as a team member.
  • Show up daily and arrive on time.
  • Have the proper hand tools of the trade, including a torch. (Large power tools and other necessary equipment will be provided by the company.)
  • Be able to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Work off ladders of varying heights.
  • Be able to work a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call shift.
  • Capable of working overtime when the situation arises.
  • Must take pride in doing quality work.
  • Be honest, courteous and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Perform work right the first time.
